- Shrubs cannot exceed 36 inches in width with no dirt, roots, rocks or metal material attached
Adjustment Requests for Leaks or Accidental Excessive Water Use
If you have experienced an abnormal situation involving a leak or an accidental high use of water, you may be eligible for an adjustment of sewer charges upon investigation and recommendation of the DPW Supervisor. The final decision will be made by the East China Township Board. To determine if you qualify for an adjustment, complete THIS REQUEST FORM and submit it to the address on the form within 90 days of the billing period in question. The request will be considered at a regularly scheduled Township Board meeting, after which the applicant listed on the form will be advised of their decision.
